I recently ordered a lunch box at your Tashkent City branch intending to dine in. However, I was given a takeaway package without being informed that dine-in service was unavailable due to limited resources. I wouldn’t have ordered had I known this. I believe customers should be informed beforehand so they can make an informed choice. I hope KFC can improve communication and possibly offer some compensation for the inconvenience.
