Неоправданно грубые и высокомерные, зная, что у них много власти, а мы совершенно беспомощны из-за всей этой спешки с рейсами. Я не сталкивался с таким грубым поведением в других российских международных аэропортах, они гораздо более вежливы и уважительны.
Unnecessarily rude and kinda arrogant, knowing that theyve got a lot of power and we are quite helpless with all the rush with the flight times. i had not experienced such rude behaviours on other russian international airports, theyre a lot lore gentle and respectful

The room is great, though I was lied to when I asked if the ac is working
(It was in winter, the rooms in hotels are usually very hot, which inherently is not a bad thing but I cannot sleep in a warm room, they told me the ac works but it didn't, thankfully they had balcony, slept with the balcony door open.
Either I was really tired or the bed is made from horse's hair, just amazing
(sarcasm, it is probably not made from horse's hair, just wanna say good)

The glasses near the free water bottle was not clean, it had some type of juice.
The bathroom, or shower to be more accurate is bad, water sips out from the shower room, a little design flaw... But overall great.
Only cold water in the bidet, had to use the old Uzbek trick with the plastic water bottle full of pthalates
Only one slippers, and the cheap ones... The first pair was ruined during the shower.
Don't expect too much from breakfast, just plain old simple breakfast made from plain old simple, and cheap ingredients, got sausages, eggs, and chicken.
Cooks were ok, though they mostly use salt to give taste to food which Im not a fan of.
I'm not a coffee man, but I think that was a robusta, too bitter for an arabica I would say.
The milk used for the coffee is as follows: tastes like the cow ate only corn and soymeal from the day it was born, hasn't even tasted the real milk from her mom.
(It is 100% not bad when you consider the money you pay,
ie: you get what you paid for)
I'm an Uzbek citizen, so I didn't care about the location
Wifi speed is good
To sum up:
I highly recommend, come here, it is very unlikely you will be disappointed

В комнате невозможно спать, слишком жарко, как в сауне. Из-за зимы они так натопили, что дышать тяжело. Звонил им, обещали отрегулировать температуру, но ничего не меняется.

Juust mid. I wouldn't order Kobe / fillet mignon. Go for burgers instead, they should have much more flavour than meat and salt.
Ну так себе, норм. Я бы не заказывал Кобе / филе-миньон. Вместо этого попробуйте бургеры, я думаю, в них должно быть больше вкуса, чем просто мясо и соль.
