Great place, comfy. Food is very tasty, both cakes and pies. In my experience if you get two of anything - gets you very full.

Best equipment for handmade and jewelry I've found in Yerevan. Vast assortment, from personal use to some pretty serious machines, flawless quality on everything I have purchased here.
Still my personal favourite restaurant in Yerevan. A very good menu overall and the best tomahawk steak I have ever had (Armenian meat, not imported).
Mango lychee lemonade is also a thing to mention.
A nice villa right on the edge of a mountain, naturally - awesome view. It's off the road a bit, so no noise from the road.
4 bedrooms. 2 with 2 beds and 2 with a single bed. The beds are okay (hence 4 stars).
The outside facilities are very good.
A pool, summer kitchen, cozy brazier, loads of sitting space.
