We tried to arrange car pick up 2 days in advance however they were non-responsive until the last minute. Moreover, they managed to be late for 45 minutes for the car pick up appointment. Car exterior and interior were not clean. Car wasn't washed. Rubbish was left inside the car from previous rentals. No contract was produced, signed and given to us. Lights weren't working properly. Rear window wiper wasn't working. Car was handed to us with nearly no petrol.
