Location wise very good. Comfortable rooms. But , internet.... I never seen an internet connection so bad in Russia. I visited villages. Even at those locations internet were goods. If they fix it, almost perfect place.

The cafe and the workers, my best place is in Moscow. They speak English , they are helpful to travellers like me. The atmosphere is nice, there is a place that you can just lay down and drink your coffee while watching the snow. And they have the best croissant. I never eaten a croissant with that much chocolate. I will visit this place everytime I come to Moscow. 100 percent recommend.

The person in the ticket check is one of the friendliest person I met in Russia. They nailed the art play with design and music. You just don't watch it , you also feel the atmosphere of the art .
