My Terrifying Experience with Ruyadent Clinic in Turkey – A Serious Warning In February 2024, I traveled from Greece to Istanbul to receive dental implants at Ruyadent Clinic, after making arrangements and reaching an agreement via Viber. What I experienced there was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, none of the agreed-upon terms were respected. During the first phase, I was treated with shocking carelessness. No proper medical protocols were followed during the implant procedure. The whole process was rushed and unprofessional. I was in constant pain and distress, and eventually had to leave and return in August to complete the work. When I returned in August, things got even worse. Every day was filled with intense pain. The results were tragic. They kept removing and reattaching the temporary teeth because the impressions were wrong. I suffered physically and emotionally. At one point, I collapsed, was taken to another clinic, and had to receive IV fluids and sedatives. My intended 6-day stay turned into 8 painful days. Despite this, the teeth they placed were unacceptable. They then asked me to come back once more to redo everything. I agreed, hoping for a proper resolution. I was supposed to stay 6 days but ended up being held for 14. Each day involved more pain, incorrect fittings, and repeated failures. In the end, they rushed to place poor-quality crowns right before my departure. Since then, I have been living with severe consequences. The teeth were not properly placed. The impressions were wrong. I cannot speak clearly. Saliva leaks when I talk. Some teeth broke just days after being placed. I constantly bite the inside of my cheeks, and my mouth often bleeds. The design is so poor that I cannot clean them properly with brushes. I now spend €200 per month on a special oxygen-based solution just to try and keep them clean. I asked Ruyadent to keep the money for the implants and return the cost of the crowns so I could redo them in my own country — I was even willing to pay extra. Instead, they blocked me on every platform. I have no way to contact them. I feel abandoned, in pain, and financially devastated. I only recently finished repaying the loan I took out for the treatment. This experience has severely affected my mental health. I suffer from anxiety, insomnia, and constant headaches due to jaw misalignment. Ruyadent even suggested I return again — but how can I possibly trust them after two failed attempts? I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Ruyadent Clinic. What they’ve done has left me physically and emotionally scarred. No one deserves to go through what I went through.
