Badrinath is a Hindu holy town and a pilgrimage site in Uttarakhand, India, known for the Badrinath Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It's one of the Char Dham (four pilgrimages) and also one of the 108 Divya Desams of Lord Vishnu. The temple is located in the Garhwal Himalayas, on the banks of the Alaknanda River, between the Nar and Narayana mountain ranges.
