Ассортимент товаров хороший. Почти каждый день делаем нужные покупки. Но сегодня 22 июля 2025 года после шести вечера неприятно поразила своей неприветливостью и даже неприязнью ко мне как покупателю со стороны кассира-продавца среднеазиатской внешности, которая на мое приветствие оскалилась, затем пробив чек, демонстративно швырнула мне чек. Я, россиянка, журналист, депутат городского совета народных депутатов, представитель коренного народа Севера России, ежегодно приезжаю на отдых в Миасс, и мне оскорбительно, что какая-то "специалистка" из Средней Азии так не позволительно высокомерно и грубо обращается со мной. Прошу более тщательно подходить к подбору кадров, избавить нас, российских покупателей, от таких "специалистов".

We really enjoyed the quest we went through, although we think it's severely overpriced. It cost us 4500 rubs, for just two of us. Had it been three people in our group, would have been less expensive, and still in Moscow for a quest like this you would have to pay 3000 rubs max

Good place, good food, rooms are excellent. There were a couple of minor things that occurred but all in all it was so good there. Highly recommend this place for family holidays

Convenient airport, everything understandable from the first sight. Once you enter any of the 6 terminals, you hear clear American accent with requirements you should do in order to pass security. As soon as you have done it, you encounter a LED that spread out all over and reads all the flights out and arrivals. I had to move quite a while to get from Terminal C to Terminal B, it was a piece of cake with all the indicators along the way. One thing tho, one of the ladies at the security check was soooo grumpy that I felt as if I had killed her mother. I guess, it's their work that makes them behave like that. On the whole, I enjoyed the airport with its terminals

Bad due to lack of indicators where to get onboard your train. We boarded the wrong train, and headed in the opposite direction. The staff of the train initially promised us they would not charge us for the ride, then... they changed their mind all of sudden. Wasn't too much money to pay, and still you get this negative feeling about the promise not kept. No ramp to roll down your suitcase, for 5 of us, among who are toddlers with a stroller and 3 suitcases this was merely almost impossible.

It's a very large area for kids. Great deal of things to do for children. We wanted to hire two nannies, but there was only one available, the staff suggested that we hire one that would be able to keep an eye on them both which allowed us to save a bit of money

Outstanding place. We booked a suite there, they provided us with two rooms connected to each other through a door. Once children entered their room, we immediately entered ours and knocked on the connecting door to surprise our little girls. That was fun! Other than that, I don't have to mention that it was all clean and comfy, located with a close proximity to the terminal we took a flight from. A single con I would bring up here is the variety of meals in the cafe was pretty scarce, had to think twice about what to order. All in all it's a very good place to check in

Very convenient railway station, staff is more than considerate. Recommend that you take a train from Moscow to Saint Petersburg, especially the Sapsan thing, quick and comfortable way to get there
