Only managed to squeeze in 1 hour here. It will probably take at least 2-3 hrs to go through the exhibits. Covers from the bronze age onwards

There are 2 observation "decks". The one farther fm Saty has a more impressive view of the canyon. The one closer to Saty has toilet, coffee, food facilities.

Well stocked supermarket in the mall. Has almost everything you'll need at very affordable prices. Good selection of cured meats and all types of dairy products

Food was good. Service was attentive and pretty quick to serve and clear. The let down was the performance. Wasn't much of anything.

There are 2 sides to the Bazaar. Seems one-sided is more touristy and the prices are much higher than the other side. Managed to find local butter! Plenty of cured horse meat to buy too!

Cost 9600 tenge/pax. Cost includes a taxi ride to the starting point. Well managed but I felt it a little underwhelming for me.

Happen to chance upon this place by accident. Very good food and even better performance at 8pm. Friendly staff despite the language barrier. Highly recommend this Ubeki restaurant!

Chance upon this place as it was near where we were staying. Decent food and friendly staff. Grand interior on the ground floor. Not sure baout the other levels.

Interesting mosque. The interior really looks like a Chinese palace. Even has a "throne" in the main hall. 1000 tenge/pax entrance fee
