0 service from technical team . I waited two days for their call, and no one contacted me. After calling 5 times to contact center, I was told that tech team had called me, which is simply not true. Moreover, a date and time were set for a visit during my working hours, something that was clearly impossible for me. This level of service is unacceptable.
