I had always had problems with ingrown nails and even got them surgically treated, but the problem persisted. Since back home in Romania podology is not really a thing, I took advantage of my trip to Almaty to get it treated. Stumbled across this clinic and couldn’t be happier! The ladies here gave me advice via WhatsApp( in English!) before my appointment and when I came everything went smooth, I was done in less than 45 min. I cannot recommend enough, even if you are only visiting!

Such a nice hotel! The personnel is amazing and the fact that they are so available with the shuttle to the train station and the old town makes the whole experience a breeze! It was really convenient and made no difference from staying within the walls of the citadel. Rooms are big and comfortable. Cannot recommend enough!
