This is the 5th time we have traveled with HanaTravel and this time we were really disappointed! We usually take the "normal" transfer, but this time we wanted to try a VIP transfer (with WiFi, TV, drinks, leather seats, nice lighting... it wasn't on the website, but I got the information when I asked). But the minivan couldn't offer any of the additional services, instead we had to wait and discuss for 45 minutes until it was finally sorted out and we could leave! The young lady on the hotline insisted that we pay €60, but for what? The service we booked was simply not offered. In the end we traveled for €50, even though a normal transfer would have cost €45. I'm sorry, but THAT is NOT a service. You book a private transfer so that you can get to your destination quickly and easily and your vacation actually starts at the airport. In addition, HanaTravel charges at least €5 for every possible additional service, such as a child seat in our case - as recently as 2023, the child seat was included (as is still the case with other providers today). Very disappointing and no longer recommended!
